ZAATOT, for Man and Monkey in the High-Atlas
PRESENTATION
ZAATOT ("monkey" in Berber) is an association created during spring 2019 after 10 years of actions carried out with the Lycée agricole de Montmorot du Jura (Mr. Jan SIESS, professor of ecology and his students of BTS Management and Protection of the nature).
These actions were carried out in partnership with:

the inhabitants and the Office of the guides of the municipality of Setti Fatma in the Ourika Valley.
It is a French association whose statutes have been filed with the Prefecture of Jura, and whose members and administrators are made up equally of Moroccans and French: professors-researchers from the Semlalia Faculty, guides to natural areas from the Ourika Valley, association members, former students of the BTS Management and Protection of Nature (Agricultural schools of Montmorot, Périgueux, Morlaix, Mirande, Kerplouz).
